Oh daaamn his eyes got pixelated. Hope it’s permanent.
He deserves it if it is permanent. However, I always thought that Atem’s victims would recover eventually (with the obvious exception of the ones he set on fire). Since we see that at least some of them recover (Kaiba, Ushio, Nagumo, and I’m probably forgetting someone), I don’t think it’s too much of a stretch to say the others recover too. And could the penalty games even last after Atem leaves the world of the living for good?
